Challenge:
Google One was perceived primarily as a storage solution, limiting its potential in the eyes of existing and prospective users. The brand wanted to expand awareness of its broader range of benefits and services.
Solution:
We kicked off CRM and digital campaigns that included new product launches, targeted newsletters, and upselling opportunities. We also focused on educating current users about the full spectrum of Google One's benefits, enhancing user engagement and broadening the service's appeal.
