CHIPOTNATION

Challenge
Chipotle wanted its members to feel known and valued, in ways that focused both on the individual and the rewards program at large. 

Solution
The creative team worked hand in hand with the data team to connect Chipotle Rewards members across the country. We picked a ton of different data points (pick up orders, most burritos, etc…) and broke them out by state, per capita, to get a holistic look at how America Chipotles. Modules were created for each state to be used in email and on the website—which you can find here: chipotle.com/chipotnation.
