Challenge
In 2020, Chipotle Rewards was a budding loyalty program offering customers a chance to earn points towards the food they loved. However for a brand that touted personalization above all else, their program left a lot to be desired.

Solution
Through smart CRM, from increased personalization to targeted journeys, we helped Chipotle Rewards skyrocket from 8 to 25+ million members in two years. Highlights include personalized ‘thank you’ messages from farmers to customers, ‘Extras’ based on customer behavior, and a new Exchange for customers to spend points.
