BMW Motorrad faced a gap in engaging new buyers, lacking a structured customer journey to guide them from initial interest to becoming a part of the BMW biking community.
Solution
The team developed a comprehensive email journey for BMW Motorrad, offering a step-by-step guide to help new buyers learn about their bikes, enroll in training courses, and more. We also launched a community-focused newsletter, Momentum, to help keep riders connected to all of the awesome people and events in the world of BMW Motorrad.
